Great series

At first, I thought it was gonna be a lame story about a lame main character starting a lame band with lame people. Okay so in the beginning the main character was lame but eventually he works out a mind consuming passion to play guitar and sing, and develops into someone you'd somewhat admire. All the band members in Beck have interesting personalities, especially Chiba the vocalist, and Ryuuske the main guitarist. They start with nothing and the sky's their limit. This series also shows the vast competitiveness in the music industry and illustrates the struggles a band has to go through. The passion the band could really get someone to start their own band. It's kind of like what Slam Dunk! did with basketball.
