It's BLEACH for a reason! It is just that cool!

Now I am walking on a mine field. Bleach and Naruto must be the two most contested animes on this sight. Even worse give one of these animes a good or excellent review and you are verbally slung with mud hehehe. But I can't help myself. Bleach is something that stuck one me since I saw it two years ago and even then I really did not know what this anime was all about. I am loving the arc at present. It is constructed in such a way that it won't deviate from the manga as much. There are times when I wish it would just stay focused on the manga material but if it did, we would not really have so many other arcs to look forward to do we? I love this anime for its animation and comedy, not to mention the serious dramatic moments that let you see an almost realistic and humane side to the animated characters - not quite slice of life but bordering between drama, fantasy and reality. Or rather it is a mixture of all three and I can't get enough of it. Death note is so reminiscent of this anime even though it does have more sinister connotations. I love Bleach for its complex simplicity (and I assume this is the main thing that pisses people off about this anime) but there is a significant point to it - instead of being a childish fight-fight scene, it carries a lot of morale - something you rarely see in recent anime. It falls under the ranks of the GREATS such as FMA, Naruto, Death Note, Dragon Ball Z and Naruto Shippuuden. A fantastic piece of work that got me to actually read the manga hahaha! I love it! Watch this one guys :)
