Kurosaki Ichigo is a 15 year old boy that has an ability to see ghosts/spirits. Because of his ability, he is able to meet a female death god (a.k.a Shinigami) named Kuchiki Rukia. To save his family and friends from unwanted soul-eating spirits (Hollows), Rukia transfers her Shinigami powers to Ichigo. As Rukia takes on a human shell, together they solve mysteries involving spirits and hollows until from the spirit world comes 2 other shinigamis explaining that it is illegal to transfer Shinigami powers to humans and Rukia exceeded the time limit to stay in the human world. After they sentence her death for breaking the laws, Ichigo snaps and swears to everyone he will retrieve Rukia by breaking into the spirit world. |

Bleach is a good anime - there's no doubt about that...but producers/creators made some mistakes which are bad for Bleach...i mean that in the beginning anime was well planed and there wasn't any fillers in it.
Advancing futher,Bleach after a escape of Aizen from Soul Society,turns into mix of many plots...still fans was waiting for more action,which some of this fillers was making it intersting.
Lastly,Bleach turns into 12mins (now it's even 9,10 mins-since about episode no.290) of play because 1st part was a flashbacks from previous episodes (i'm not telling that all of it but it was about 3/4 of 1st part).
So...i think that Bleach is only for fans now...I had read main plot in manga and i think that main part of anime should take about 10 episodes [without any fillers or specials like upcoming 4th movie - i can't wait for it :) ].
Once again i will say that Bleach is great but some of its advantages are waisted...think about it my Bleach friends:)

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
