Eya.. New blood? :S

Hmm, Well it's only 2 episode so far. But I'm unsure about this one.. It's supposed to be a new "blood" series, but thus far as far as I can tell, the only thing it shares in common with the original movie or even the follow up series is the fact the main characters name is Saya. Personally, It's not a bad anime, It's just calling it a "blood" series is odd because is strays to far away from what "Blood: the last vampire" was.

On with the show.

review:
First the story isn't really original, Good guy/girl fights monsters. It's to predictable. We'll get a few episodes of these random life/fight stuff. Then it'll take a "plot turn". Ergo first season of bleach. Now I'm not saying that it's a bad story, it's not. It just doesn't really work for a supposed "blood" series as I said. What happened to Saya's blood killing them and her being one of/the last "queen" or "original"? that's my point. Next point, The animation is good, I have no complaints about that, I like the blood splatter personally :D. All in all as far as entertainment goes, It doesn't lack entertainment value. Seeing Saya fall on her face after 10 steps is rather amusing.

So, to sum it all up. Blood-C is rather a good anime, As long as you view it objectively and aren't to hooked up on the original movie and the followup series(like me. lol.).
