People need to say that this show is copying other shows or is a replacement for other shows. All because this show is from the Sengoku period does not mean its a copy of Sengoku Basara, all because they use names alike to those characters in Sengoku Basara, Sengoku Otome, etc, does not mean its copying them. Because last I've seen Japan didn't put a copyright on their history (Since these characters are actual people....without the fantasy and attractiveness). All because they're ninja's and use a technique called "Substitution" does not mean that its a rip froM Naruto. For god sake! Same thing here, Naruto does not hold the copyright terms to the word "Ninja" so any show can have ninja's in them. Hell, a lot of shows are ninja based, we can't say that "Oh! You bastards are copying Naruto!" every time we see a show like that. And for as the whole Bleach copying thing....all because the main character has a weapon that he can activate on multiple forms does not mean its a rip from a zanpakuto because he's the only character so far that does that! So people stop saying its a rip off, sure it has similar elements, but pratically every anime out there is similar to others....
so I will at least say that this is a very good show with excellent animation/fights, only issue is that the background music and op/end songs make it sound like it were from the 80s. Hell, its so good that the anime club at my college decided to vote it in among 12 shows as in the top 6 official shows we screen (it was the highest voted)
