The story reimagines the legendary adventures of the 10 brave warriors assembled by the warlord Sanada Yukimura in the year 1600, in the middle of Japan\'s tumultuous Sengoku (Warring States) era. A year before the battle of Sekigahara that ended the Sengoku Period, the ninja Saizou Kirigakure meets the miko Nami Isa as she's attacked by assassins. Her shrine was destroyed by Tokugawa Ieyasu for siding with Yukimura Sanada. Meanwhile, Sanada has been gathering ten warriors known as Sanada's Brave 10, who have the power to change history. As they gather one by one, Nami's own mysterious power awakens. |

The VOICES!!!!! For a huge fan of Daisuke Ono, Hiroshi Kamiya, Tetsuya Kakihara,etc. this was a must watch anime not to mention being a fan of the Sengoku Era this was an anime I could not miss.
For anyone who has read the manga this is an adaptation unlike anime like Bleach where it follows the manga almost word for word Brave 10 is similar to the manga but there are many differences. One would be the level of echi is a lot less in the anime compared to the manga. Events also happen at different times.
This however doesn't meant its not good. This is one of my favourite anime. Its around the time of the samurai, ninjas and feudal lords. This means ACTION (at least to me it does)!!!!
The characters are a hilarious mix of an overprotective brother, sheltered clingy woman, conservative sniper, animal tamer ninja, flirtatious ninja, laidback feudal lord and loner ninja this group of warriors provide the perfect amount of comedy.
Anyone interested in action and/or historical anime then I highly recommend this anime. For those who like a dose of comedy with their action this is also a perfect anime for you. Any who has read the manga be ready for differences but know that the storyline is essentially the same however I have found that the anime explains more about certain things or emphasizes the importance of certain events, items, etc.
