Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (?????? ???????? K?do Giasu: Hangyaku no Rur?shu?), often referred to as simply Code Geass, is a Japanese anime series created by Sunrise, directed by Gor? Taniguchi, and written by Ichir? ?kouchi, with original character designs by manga authors Clamp. Set in an alternate future, the series focus on how the former prince Lelouch Lamperouge obtains a power known as Geass and decides to use it to destroy the Holy Britannian Empire, an imperial monarchy and a superpower that has been conquering various countries.

The hole show i was grinnin at what a bastard (in a good way) the main character is. And i cold not stop watching, the show got me very well immersed into the story. Story is very good, but only if you couple it with season 2, i think they are joined though.
It might have robots, but that ain't the main focus of this anime, the main focus is the main characters exploits and actions.
the story starts of with the main character forming a pact with a witch. Thru that pact he gain a special eye ability that helps him achieve his goal, and that is to rule the world.
All in all a very well worth anime to watch, you will surly enjoy it.
