Taniguchi, and written by Ichir? ?kouchi, with original character designs by manga authors Clamp. Set in an alternate future, the series focus on how the former prince Lelouch Lamperouge obtains a power known as Geass and decides to use it to destroy the Holy Britannian Empire, an imperial monarchy and a superpower that has been conquering various countries. |

There were moments that entertained me but overall i found myself thinking about rewatching something else.
The animation was painful for me to look at, it wasnt poor animation... i just really didnt like the art style of stick men and KK cup women.
Dialogue was strategic but sometimes either overcomplicated an explanation or didnt explain at all.
The story was neither original nor a copy, it was just o so average and certainly didnt make me care about the next episode.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
