A headless rider, a stalker, gangleaders, a vendingmachine trowing bartender,... So many characters, but you will remember all of them by the end of the show.
You will see the story of different people from different angles and how they come together and how they are connected, and this is where this anime really shines.

It takes a few episodes for the story to developpe, but once it does it becomes pretty intense.
Theres alot of dialogue, but I really enjoyed it. Because there you see that every character is important in their own way. Its not like in ( alot ) of animes where the sidekicks are useless and just there to fill up space, they all have their own intentions and thoughts.

When I was watching this I found alot of references to other animes, like Hellgirl, Darker than Black, Spice and Wolf, Baccano!. And later I discovered that this was made by the same people as Baccano! so if you enjoyed Baccano! you should watch this, or if you have seen Durarara!! you should check out Baccano!.

If you want to see a quality anime, with a complex story, dont mind alot of dialogue then I would recommend this.
If you are more into brainless action or you just get bored easily from seeing to much dialogue then this probably isnt something for you.
