It is good for what it is trying to do. Big boobs while being funny.
Is it the most thought out anime of all time?, NO. However, most people that are watching it for a cheap thrill or laugh will like it. It still has a better story than some of the other anime in this field. If you want a great story, you probably shouldn't pick an anime with a girl on the front cover with boobs the size of not one but two large watermelons.
So in general, if you like funny big boob with a little fan service, you will love it. If you are all about the story, realistic, or character development, then please skip and don't try to rate it as something it isn't.
