Name may seem funny at first, but this anime is nothing to be screwed with. It starts off with a bang; the characters become immediately interesting and lovable and even episode 1 starts off with the "Chill" feeling. Give it 2, if not 3, Episodes to catch you in and i guarantee you'll probably be very into this anime.
The Musical Score is very well done and very well placed; usually with an upbeat tempo.
For the first few episodes, it breaks up several different stories and there is no main plot. However, not far into the series big plot lines do begin to develop. The main character, Lucy, doesn't usually seem as powerful as the other characters but the her personality and the other characters even it out with how much they all seem like main characters.
This anime definately has potential as an ongoing series and every Monday afternoon i get excited as hell when i get the chance to download the new episode. Its just as exciting to me every week as Bleach is. I highly recommend this anime.
