Naruto has philosophy and Ideology? YOO! So does Genocyber. It can display the ugly side of humanity, how greed and jealousy can drive people do horrible things and how "friendship" can be a triggering factor for erasing an entire city of millions of the face of the earth...... Wait, Who am I trying to kid here? Genocyber is just mindless violence and a huge gore fest. Nothin' more or less.
Point is, I'm sorry to disappoint you. But you can find "philosophy", "meaning" and "emotion" in ANYTHING if you over analyze it enough. I'm sure if I cared enough I could find some of those things in Shin-Chan or Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan. ^_^
Bleach v Naruto? Who are you trying to kid? That's like Justin Bieber vs the Jonas Brothers. It'd only end up in 13 year old girls crying. So infact, It'd be Naruto Bieber vs Ichigo Jonas. Because the result would end up the same. lololol.
