HOTD

HOTD had everything going for it at the beginning but all of the ecchi ruined it. at first you will like it but unless you are really perverted, it gets old very quickly. it is NOT HENTAI, not even close and anyone who says so is stupid. i love the animation and the action but they keep interrupting the zombie killing to show either a boob bouncing or a upskirt shot. if you like ecchi with a little violence then you will love this show but if you want zombie action you better keep your finger on the right arrow key to skip most of the show. the humor in HOTD is very tasteful sometimes.
they had a good setup and picked some good characters but they also picked some bad ones (like that school nurse, i kept wishing for her to be killed). some of the action scenes get over the top but they keep a realism to some of it. they go as far to do things in movies and animes but have the character fail and respond with "well it worked in the movies but i guess not here", which i found to be really funny.
(very small spoiler: they didn't finish the damn show when it started to get good! they need to get back to work and finish it.)

all in all i think it was not to bad but not the best anime a friend recommended. i recommend skipping any episode that has no action within 5-10 mins but watch the last episode as it's one of the best.
