| Summary: |
A mysterious, lethal disease is on the loose worldwide, resulting in a catastrophic death rate of humanity, and the increasing rise of attacks, caused by the living dead.
In Japan, several high school students and a school nurse have banded together to escape Fujimi High School shortly after it was attacked by zombies. The group now attempts to figure who or what was responsible for this plague, and in the meantime, attempt to survive the present apocalypse.
The story is initially narrated through the eyes of Takashi Komuro, one of the students who had survived in the initial outbreak. |

I watched it and to be totally honest when I read the description I didn't think I'd like it but it kind of grows on you after the first few episodes. The animation is what I have come to expect from Japanese animators top class all the way. it's dark and gory but at the same time has humor which I just loved All in all I'd give it a 10/10 I do hope there is more to this coming HOTD had the potential to be one of the best animes out there.
If you don't like Ecchi this probably isn't the anime for you but hell I'm a girl and I didn't mind it at all so give it a chance atleast.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
