Summary: Shūichi Nitori is a boy who wishes to be a girl while Yoshino Takatsuki is the opposite, and they both like to cross-dress as the opposite sex. As the two begin their life as middle school students, they reflect on the events of their elementary school days, during which Shūichi confessed to Yoshino, but was rejected because she was not ready for love yet. Hourou Musuko is a very deep and touching anime, and especialy relevent to anyone who like me has gender issues or has ever thought they were caged by being "male" or "female"

A very thought provoking anime and it will be interesting to see where it takes us with future episodes.

A must watch for open minded people.
