Summary:
The story follows a boy named HΕtarΕ who is not assertive about getting involved, but was ordered by his older sister to join the classic literature club. In the club, he gets close to the truth about an incident, involving a female member's uncle, which happened 33 years ago. The "energy-saving" boy is joined by an inquisitive girl in this adolescent mystery.

This is an absolutely amazing example of a mystery anime. Unlike others titles, where there's the same old "Oh no someone inexplicably died,*gasp* lets figure out who dun it!" this anime shakes it up with a different approach. I have yet to see one murder, and I wouldn't have wanted this show any other way.
Whats best about this one is the amazing animation style and its connection to the emotions and mental workings of the main character, as he slowly breaks out of his usual "low energy" lifestyle. There are actually times when the answers to the mysteries are hard to come up with. I found myself on more than one occasion pausing the show to see if I could reason out the clues to match the main character.
The main group of four high-school students are well depicted and developed. Well thought out dialogue and foreshadowing are flawless. I'm now desperately waiting for the next episode to come out.
