| Summary: |
Infinite Stratos (IS), a weaponized exoskeleton system, has become the dominant tool of warfare and conflict. Unfortunately for the men in society, only women are able to operate Infinite Stratos... with very few exceptions. One of those exceptions is ORIMURA Ichika, an orphan raised by his older sister who is herself a famous IS pilot. When his compatibility with IS is discovered after he accidentally touches an IS at the age of 15, he's given a scholarship and enrolled in a school that specializes in training IS pilots. Which of course means an... intersting life surrounded by girls for this shy, unassuming boy. |

There are some tv shows in which you watch the first few episodes and you think, wow i really want this to become a long and popular series.
I believe that Infinite Stratos has the potential to be a very memorable anime to viewers like Evangelion or Technoman.
Although it does have some bland concepts (harem lifestyle, too average male protagonist) it makes up these short comings with its great action scenes, and an original background story.
Hopefully as the show progresses, we will get to see more of how and why the setting is made to be.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
