| Summary: |
It's Yui Hirasawa's first year in high school, and she's eagerly searching for a club to join. At the same time, Ritsu Tainaka, a drummer, and her friend Mio Akiyama, a bassist, are desperately trying to save the school's light music club, which is about to be disbanded due to lack of members. They manage to recruit Tsumugi Kotobuki to play the keyboard, meaning they only need one more member to get the club running again. Yui joins, thinking it will be an easy experience for her to play the castanets, the only instrument she knows. However, the other members think their new addition is actually a guitar prodigy... |

K-On When i first saw this i did say to myself "So Cute."
Yes to every anime fan from the not so anime Fan to the hardcore anime Fans, K-On is the real deal and it should be on every anime list.
It has lot's of things infused together in this series, Comedy, Music, Friendship, a really good Story, The Animation is well connived. plus it did not stray from the manga version. which means the story is very true to the creators intentions and thoughts. Plus a whole lot of stuff. What makes this it so Special is that is the entirety of it.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
