This anime to me felt like they didn't really know what sort of anime they wanted it to be, whether they wanted it to be serious, comedy or to be honest just make it all ecchi because at one stage that's the road it felt like it was taking. Overall the whole concept of the anime was good with some likeable characters with the fight scenes taking place in what I can only describe as Kigntmares from code Geass, but the thing that let me down most on this anime was the animation because although it was brought out a little while back the animation on the fight scenes in my mind was poor.
Overall if u want an easy watch and you can deal with ecchi being used every occasion possible then this anime will be good for u and I recommed watching it I just don't feel that this is an anime that once you start watching it u don't want to stop.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
