I reviewed the first season and my biggest complaint about that one was the fact that Ciel was never really explained. The way things are currently going it seems my answers will arrive soon.

The story has indeed "jumped the shark" with the first ep i completely thought this was a new seaaon with new characters but to my surprise its a neew tale in Ceil's and Sebastions. A must watch if you are like me and wanting some qustions answered. FRom the first ep it caught my attention and has kept it. Unlike the first season this one seems to be a bit darker with the comedy coming from the servents as always. 4/5

Dialogue hasn't changed much but it has a better feel. The way the story is going right now the dialogue seems better fitted for the show now versus the first season. A great improvement but I must stand by my previous review the dark sense is great but th added comedy really puts me off. 3/5

Animation has remained the same as the first season nothing good and nothing bad. It's normal. 3/5

Now down to the entertainment part. I must say though this season has just started out I'm enthralled to keep watching. It's simply addictive. Unlike the first season I watched the first few eps and was not empressed. I had to press on watching until I got to the Jack the Ripper episode. Thats the one that got me. This season on th other hand got me as soon as I finished the first episode. Although this has a good hook to it I wouldn't suggest anyone try to watch this without watching the first season. You'll be completely at a loss and not know what is going on at all and that's just not fun at all now is it? 5/5
