Thats just about right!

This happens to be the only anime I know of that takes place in Mexico, great choice as it's a dramatic struggle in reality between criminals and poverty. From start to finish is unpredictable, it kept me extremely glued to see the end and I definitely wasn't disappointed for one moment with the entire plot of gun slinging action, cop chasing, and nut cracking. The touching part of this story for me is the bond between the mother and her child in a struggle to find the father and of course, learn to get along, and survive. The main character has a deep deep past with gangs that she has to deal with as well as the unknown man behind the curtains pulling strings that tug her along the plot. It's heavy on realism, it's hot, classy, stylish, multicultural, full of life, and emotion. Definitely reminded me of Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo in it's own way. The story is good, but not excellent. It could have done a handful of things instead of finish in a heartbeat.
