Summary:
Naruto Shippuuden is the continuation of the original animated TV series Naruto.The story revolves around an older and slightly more matured Uzumaki Naruto and his quest to save his friend Uchiha Sasuke from the grips of the snake-like Shinobi, Orochimaru. After 2 and a half years Naruto finally returns to his village of Konoha, and sets about putting his ambitions to work, though it will not be easy, as He has amassed a few (more dangerous) enemies, in the likes of the shinobi organization; Akatsuki.

The first show, Naruto, was a bit slow in my opinion, but it definitely picks up in Naruto Shippuuden. The animation is really good, and the show is very entertaining (although still not good enough to be in my top 5). The story can sometimes be a bit boring, and occasionally it makes me want to bash my head against a wall because it can be very stupid or cliche at times. So not 'excellent', but 'good'. The dialogue sometimes feels like it was written based on a conversation between two five year olds, but is, at other times, entertaining and less... Terrible.
The sounds rather negative, but the negative comments only apply to about 5-10% of the show- the rest of the time it's rather good.
