Let's see-

Well, I used to really love this anime as a kid, I mean, who hasn't? Recently, thanks to the start of the Unova Best Wishes Series, I've found myself slightly more attracted to it, thanks to the inclusion of new characters Iris and Cilan. It's good to, at least, see a few signs of character difference, rather than the past four regions of "Brock Hits on Pretty Girls" routine and "Random Girl Companion Wants to Be Top Pokemon Co-ordinator". The only problem I still have with with this anime is inclusion of the random; Every few episodes, some random passer-by's pokemon'll go missing/get in danger, and the the group of people'll detour from their journey just to get entangled in a big mess of something that shouldn't even be worth their business. Then, cue Team Rocket attacking the group of people and Pikachu saving the day. This should have a little amendment, but, since I'm older than desired viewing group, I guess it fits for kids wanting something new every while or so. At least I'm glad to see that the BW arc has some signs of improvement for that. So for now, it's still commendable, just getting a bit cliche in the story ideas. Other than that, I deem it fine.
