| Summary: |
The series is primarily set in Tokyo, and centers around Ryoma Echizen, a tennis prodigy who attends Seishun Academy (้ๆฅๅญฆๅ Seishun Gakuen?), or Seigaku (้ๅญฆ?) for short, a private school famous for its strong tennis club and talented players. Ryoma quickly defeats numerous upperclassmen shortly after entrance to secure himself a spot as one of the team's regulars. In pursuit of their ultimate goal of winning the National Middle School Tennis Championship, members of the team make new friends while learning and mastering increasingly complex techniques. Ryoma also begins to develop his own style of tennis, and eventually realizes what the sport really means to him. |

It's a thumbs up for me! The title kind of throws you off and the picture but don't let it (although it did with me) cause it's actually really good dispite its looks. Btw it is all about tennis but it's unique in its own way and funny in fact it made me wanna play tennis (SHOCKER!) cause Im not the sporty type anyway I highly recommend this anime.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
