In a town, since none knows when, rain has never stopped and people's memories are now submerged, but...this isn't about just forgetting.
Someone onece said that if you really want to see someone again, you will, because the world is like that. Trough rain, and time, even if memories seem to get dimmer and dimmer they never die, they only hide. Once linked, friends will always meet again, however long it takes, they always do.
Everything about this is excellent, watch it!

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
