Ten years after the Bubble War, the dichotomy between the rich and the poor in the world becomes more prominent and Japan is no exception. The rich seeks to satisfy their desires and derive pleasure for themselves, and Tokyo has materialise into such a city as a result. Saiga, once a war photographer, works for Hibara Ginza in the capitalist state of Tokyo. He infiltrates into Roppongi Club, a secretive base located in the red district area of the city, to collect information about them. However, he was caught in the process and brought forward to a girl called Kagura who was in the midst of a ritual. His contact with Kagura awakens his special ability: the power to make things explode once photographed. In order to unravel the mystery behind the Roppongi Club and Kagura, Saiga begins his solitary battle. |

this anime, is not for young people, its NOT hentai, but there are alot of sexy stuff in it.
storyline is is good,
(long story short)
A photographer for a paper investigates a secret organisation and sneaks into their meeting to find, a girl they call the goddess, who activates people viruses, which leads them to having fucked up powers. All the members are Fat Cats in high society, he accidently gets a power, and finds out the girl has no freedom, and takes her away, everyone in the club is pissed and the dude at the head of the organisation sends some of the freaks out after him, as he needs her to be able to exact revenge on Japan for his own Reasons…
It’s a very GOOD anime… watch it You will like A LOT!
Endings kinda of deep on the main character...and one of the bad guys powers makes sense in the last 2 episodes.
WATCH IT!! (^O^)

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
