One day, 14 year old Yusuke Urameshi suddenly finds himself dead, having died pushing a child out of the way of oncoming traffic. Since he has such a bad personality, even the Spirit World was caught by surpise that he would sacrifice himself. Yusuke soon finds out he wasn't supposed to die and has a chance for resurrection and bringing his body back to life. After being resurrected, Yusuke becomes a Spirit Detective, along with his comrades, and one adventure after another happens, whether it be an investigation or a fighting tournament. |

Greeting all. I personally enjoyed this anime allot, but it takes a while to go through the first few eps. At first i thought this is going to be one of those kiddy kind of anime series with the cheesy comments and so forth. But if you push through the first few eps and see what this anime is all about it can get quite interesting. I would recommend watching this till atleast ep 50 then you can decide if it is worth your time or not.
Hope this helps some of you guys curious about this anime.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
