Michiru Kita is a special girl who possesses Shinigami Eyes, which allows her to see a dark ring around a person's neck. This ring symbolizes the person's impending death; once they are marked to die, a gray line, which is invisible to normal people, appears on their neck, and once the ring turns completely black, the person dies. Chika Akatsuki and Shito Tachibana, two boys in her class, both have black rings around their necks, but to her surprise, they are not yet dead. It is revealed that after a tragic accident that was supposed to kill them both, the two boys made a deal with a secret loan office called the Zombie-Loan. In return for keeping them alive, the two have to hunt zombies for the loan office. When Michiru gets involved with them, she finds that her life has just become more complicated.

Of course by now if you have read an anime you know half of them end with so many questions unanswered. This is another one that leaves almost everything out there. Now of course there is a manga if you want to continue and from what I hear manga is better than the anime.
Now is the anime good? Dialogue between main characters provides plenty of laughs and plenty of good moments. Characters themselves aren't very unique in the sense they seem like characters from other animes, but the mixture of them and they provide a good atmosphere. Animation even with moments where it looks absolutely plain and artwork that was done by a middle schooler, it all fits with the anime. The moments with lower quality are joked filler segments.
Overall anime is nice to watch just remember that if you watch the ending is going to leave so much left open. If you don't want that then I would say don't bother. Good anime but doesn't provide anything great to make me say it is a must watch.
