Summary:
A catastrophic earthquake has left Tokyo, and most of the Earth for that matter, under the sea. Aika is a salvager who retrieves various remains from the watery ruins. When Aika accepts the dangerous mission of locating and obtaining the mysterious Lagu, she discovers that she's not the only one after it.
While the animation was not as good as some I've seen I found that the quality was sufficient to tell the story. This Anime was one of my favorite since it simply portrayed a girl trying to do her job, which is an adventure. Each was wonderfully thought out, and while this particular ova was not the best, it was pretty good.
Those two words are PANTY SHOT! This anime takes the panty shot over the top in a funny way. The story is a little bland, but the animation and entertainment are great. This is one that I have used as a drinking game in that you take a drink or shot every time panties are shown. Needless to say that makes it even funnier as it goes. But, all in all it is worth the time to watch at least once.
