Cha Cha is a cute little girl who is training to be a good magician. She was raised by her teacher Seravi, who is considered the world's greatest magician. Akazukin Cha Cha is the story of a young witch, Cha Cha, who lives with her master Seravi on Mount Mochimochi. She is young and impressionable, but not the brightest of students (her magic never seems to work quite right).
