In a world after death, angels fight for their fate and their future. Yuri, the leader of the Shinda Sekai Sensen, rebels against the god who destined her to have an unreasonable life. On the otherhand, Tenshi, the chairperson of the student council for the world after death, battles against the SSS members. SSS members utilize armed weaponry to battle it out against the angels harnessing supernatural powers. |

A bit of an unusual plot, but very intresting nonetheless. The characters are well thought out and they all have pretty touching moments at least once in the series. The show also has this crazy and self-ironic sense of humour that cracks me up each episode. Action is fast-paced and varied for the most part. The show could have been longer to elaborate on some plot points, but overall a suprisingly good anime(like the title says :) )

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
