This anime is truly awesome.
They have shown it with the perspective of a journalist. Incidents occurring at different times and places may have some connection.
Anyways the characters Isaac and Miria made their special appearance in another super cool anime Durarara!!.
If you have already watched Durarara and missed them, go, go, watch episode 11 again.
