When first watching this anime I didn’t know what to think: The main theme song begins with too many characters to count, and my first impression was to wonder how on earth they could interweave so many characters in such a short (16 episodes) anime?
All I can say is that they did it well. Every character has their own story, and with multiple different story lines going at once, it may be confusing to some, but if you watch every episode, you’ll understand. This isn’t an anime where you can miss one or two episodes, because if you do, you’ll be confused from then on. Each character has a beautiful personality all of their own and you have to fall in love with them all.
Also, this anime is realistically gory. It isn’t overtly bloody, but it isn’t invisible blood like some animes do. There are some pretty gruesome scenes, but with what is going on, it is appropriate.
This anime is a must-watch for any fan, and it is simply amazing from beginning to end.
