In the year 2021, mankind was decimated by the epidemic of Gastrea, a parasitical virus, and is forced to live within Monoliths, which are created from Varanium: a metal that is able to subdue Gastrea. Soon, the "Cursed Children", children born with the Gastrea virus who are able to control it, which gives them superhuman abilities, are discovered. Due to the Gastrea virus' intervention, the Cursed Children could only be female. Civil Securities are formed to specialize fighting against Gastrea, operating with the pair of an Initiator, who are cursed children, and a Promoter, serving to lead the cursed children. Ten years after the epidemic, Rentarō Satomi, a high school student who is also a Promoter in his childhood friend Kisara Tendō's Tendō Civil Security, along with his Initiator Enju Aihara, receives a secret mission to prevent the Tokyo Area's destruction.

1. i fucking hate lollies
2. story is shit
3. dialogue appears to have been wrote by a 5th grader
5. i won't complain about the unoriginal by i will complain about its execution
6. lack of facial animation. At time when the m.c. scream and/or shouts there is no facial movement
7. the opening theme is a slit rip from "attack on titian" and "steins;gate"
and personally i'm starting to hate "harem" type animes

This anime has a great story, good battle scene and they explain the story well that makes it easy to follow and understand the flow of the story. I like every episodes because you can see how the characters got attach to each other and creating their bond, They also made the ending more exciting that has an unpredictable changes that might trigger for a possible season 2 of this anime. :)

The first five eps of black bullet was awesome , but @ da ending of it all, let's just say, 9 to 13 were too predictable, the civil officer's ability were limited though special coz of the metal, to me, the ending is the most disappointing coz there woz nothing to feel from it not even the threal of wanting to see the next one.
they completely Destroyed Black Bullet ( the Manga was a master piece ) . i really was excited about this but i was really disappointed. i hate the anime so much .
