One of the MOST underrated anime. Even if it's Gonzo, it rocks.

Not that i'm bluffing but you could have miss out a gem for not knowing this anime. Story is made by i dunno who the heck he is but he was the one who made the storyline for Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Oh, his name is Urobochi Gen if not mistaken.
Story is indeed very heavy yet it could have been an entertainment to the MAX for those who love brutal story, desperate fighting and action, awesome babes and characters.
And about the characters, Joesph is NO WHERE NEAR so called Kira Yamato cause Joesph is more awesome than that overrated guy.
Don't try to compare this anime with those popular ones because this anime is TOTALLY out of the box. It's not just your decent anime, it's an anime with maximum entertainment and storyline. Even shounen fans might not like it but for those who truly seek PURE entertainment rather than fanservice, this is your WISE choice.
PS: The first 7 episode is indeed kinda boring and confusing, bear with it and you'll taste the delight onwards.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
