Summary:
The Dan Detective School is a Japanese detective school permitted by the government. Kyu, an ordinary boy with big dreams to become detective, attends the school as a member of Q Class along with Megu, the girl with photographic memory; Kazuma, the computer genius kid; Kinta, the strong; and the mysterious Ryu. Together they solve many cases which bring them to face Pluto, the crime organization which should have been destroyed by Dan Morihiko.
I was hooked right from the first episode..great characters and story arcs..I just wish there were more episodes :)

This show is awsome. After the first episode i was addicted. There is always something new to look forward to and it has a good story line. There are moments that just make u laugh..

This anime has such a good back story!~ I had to watch it after reading all the manga, and they changed the story a little, but they are both excellent. I also really love detective shows/anime/movies/books/manga, so this was a great fit for me. I especially love Kinta and Kazuma and their weird friendship, especially since they're the oldest and youngest, respectively. It's such a cute brotherly relationship, if I didn't know any better, I would have sworn that they really were brothers. I do wish they had gone all the way through to the end (read more)

I am still hoping, although I'm sure it's a lost cause, for a continuation of both the manga and the anime... An anime were you can learn a lot from, its quite the same as detective conan but not as long... i hope they place that anime here so that i could download the new episodes

A problem solving group of kids are invited to apply at an elite school where they will later solve mysteries using their unique abilities.
This anime series was really cool ^_^. I was actually very sad when I got to the last episode :*( .
I want more DDS!!

I like mystery detective type animes like detective conan, i wish they would place detective conan also on this site i can't seem to find it
the story is about a young boy Kyu who is a total detective nut (cause some detective saved him once).. given the opportunity he joins a detective school by Dan Morihiko, one of the greatest detectives in the country.. and goes on all sorts of adventures with his four classmates, all very special just like him..it was one of the first anime i watched when animax started coming in my region... it is an excellent anime about mystery and detective stuff.. the sound tracks and themes are also good...the best thing about it is that the puzzles are object (read more)
