Seven kids are transported to the Digital World, a strange place where digital creatures called "Digimon" reside. A group of Digimon soon befriend them and keep the kids out of harm's way. The children then become the Digidestined, or Chosen Children, which protect the Digital World from evil Digimon like Devilmon and Myotismon.
Doesn't matter how old this anime gets its still is and always will be one of my favourites, growing up with the characters just adds to its value with nostalgia. After watching it dubbed as a kid re-watching it subbed makes it seem like a completely new series with the same level of enjoyability. watch it!
This was the anime I grew up with. It introduced me to the world of anime and for that I'll give it on all aspects a rating of 10/5. By the way kudos to bluezeo for his/her uploads. It is really appreciated.
I loved digimon. Every aspect, in my opinion, deserves a full rating. It was and still is one of my favourite anime. However I grew up watching the english dub, so if there's anyone who has the english dub, could you please upload it. I would greatly appreciate it.
I used to watch this when I was a kid. It was one of my favourite animes, its storyline is pretty good I guess but people 13+ might not like it but it's really up to you if you want to watch it or not. Highly recommended for people who like adventure anime or just don't know what to watch recently.

The anime that made me into the anime freak i am today!
there are lots of good anime out there but this have too be the most unique one ever! Digimon may be a bit childish at first but it grows on you and adults can watch it just as children. the storyline is always top notch and keeps you wanting more and more and the characters are amazing espacially Taichi,Yamato and Takeru who are my favs! this is an anime about a couple of kids being caught in a digital world where there are Digital Monsters(Digimon for short) and they must survive this new world with the help of their new Digimons and the kids (read more)

I literally grew up with this and Pokemon when I was a kid. It's an interesting amine that could capture the hearts of young audience with it's story line and coolness. A great watch with it's adventurous events as a group of kids is sent into another world and tries to find their way home with the help from digital monsters.

I used to watch this when I was a kid and it was my favorite anime. I rewatched it just recently and I gotta say, even though it seems a bit childish at first (in the first episodes the Digimon and the humans are kinda...childish for their age) as it progresses it becomes really good (children mature because of the conditions, they get the Crests and plot becomes darker). This anime can be for both kids and adults, so give it a try, and remember to watch the whole series before you form an opinion. It's stupid to judge something without seeing all (read more)
