Summary:
Based off of the Japanese manga series by Shirow Miwa, Dogs is set in a world where violence, crime, genetic manipulation and other cruel scientific experiments have become common. The story focuses on four main characters who, through a series of coincidences, meet as they search for answers to their individual past.
The age group on anime access says "older children" but it should be bumped up slightly a notch because there is bloody violence and light nudity. Just letting our viewers know what they are getting.
It's a very short series (only 4 episodes) and each episode is dedicated to one character. Each has their dark past and problems to deal with. We're dealing with the underworld society, organized crime, psychotic assassins and as most viewers say, badassery. We are talking about guns (everyone has one or two), knives, a katana, and blood. This anime is badassity in it PUREST form. It has everything from the mafia, secret experiments, a blind priest with a lolita fetish along with some deep dark secret, Badou is a smoke addict and a paparazzo, Heine has some sort of demon implanted in him but he doesn't remember it, and a girl is seeking revenge for her master who she thought had killed her parents...along with an old man with an angsty past...serriously WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR!? If you enjoy this anime then you should DEFINATELY read the manga, trust me 10 times better :D

I love this anime as it is very heart pumping and heart throbing.
I urge every anime lover to watch this because the action is just great!
Even though i've only seen the first episode, i fell the need to write a review.
I definatly think that theres more to come!

I think it´s based on some manga, but if you didn´t read it, anime doesn´t make any sense. just four stories of four people, nothing more. but dialogues are good and quite funny and Badou is really great character
a fairly good series, though i highly doubt its complete.
Baccano and dogs: bullets and carnage basically fall into the same, science fiction/mobster genre.
I don't know if any moderators ever read these, but there doesn't appear to be a way for users to edit series information and this series' rating should definitely be bumped up one to include light nudity and moderately intense violence with blood.
there are also an unusual though not unbearable number of grammatical errors present in the versions currently up for download.
