Onizuka is an ex-biker and gang leader who has one goal, to become the greatest teacher. He learns of the power and respect possible as an intern teacher, using his strength and connections to get his students to respect him. Now, graduated, he gets a job at a prestigious private school to handle their 'problem class' that made the past few teachers quit. He must handle a different sort of trouble when the trouble makers include some of the smartest kids in Japan who prefer a more cerebral approach to torturing their teacher. Onizuka must slowly win his students over and deal with their mistrust of teachers while handling the distrust of his fellow teachers. |

Dunno why this has so less reviews, maybe coz its pretty old?? but still this is a pretty good anime and worth watching. the drawings are outdated (1999 huh??) but if you r looking for story and entertainment, this is one anime you should watch.

GOT is basically a gloomy comedy ... Thing is about this anime that at first episodes start gloomy dramatically and you really dont whant to watch it ... BUT if you do watch further you laugh of the main char and the ways he goes through various situations and he really does have unique methods to do it ! It will not pull you in , but IF , if you have nothing more to watch then this is the anime on wich you can spend your time !

GTO is a hard anime to get into, it starts off really retarded and the main character comes off as a child molester wanna be, I literaly stopped watching this after the first 5minutes, and let it collect dust for years. I finally forced myself throught he first episode and didn't stop watching til it was over. It may have a lot of stupid japanese comedy in it, but the story and impact the main character creates is amazing and worth watching just because of that.
