| Summary: |
Armed with a metal sash that straightens into a
sword, lanky swordsman Van is traveling through
the desert, searching for the mysterious clawed
man who killed his bride. Along the way he picks
up a fellow traveler: Wendy, a young girl whose
town he saves from bandits by summoning a mecha
with his sword. Wendy is searching for her miss-
ing older brother, whose engraved gun she carries
on her back. In their mutual quest they run afoul
of more bandits and villains, a mysterious woman
named Carmen99, and more mecha battles
a la Wild West. |

This is one of the show that made me like Anime. I was remembering this title and thank god some one upload it. With this treasure will always on my HD from now on. Nonetheless all this sexy and cute eyes of anime girl made me hook, on this and the anime are slow on the beginning but building its story later on!
I watched "President" of Sora no Otoshimono because of this Gun x Sword... You'll know why if you watched this ^^

Good mechs, an ok story, but cud use a lil bit more character development...
i believe a good story should have a good portion of the protagonists's pasts explained by the end, and this falls a lil short in that department...
but all in all, a good animation.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
