its an old anime that has a god story to tell but the ideas that is tries to put acroos can become mixed up and confusing sometimes, it focus o on girl who is the daughter of a famous space ship captain that fisrt encountered a race of aliens that nest inside stars and then kill the star once they hatch. The point of the anime itself is the daughter of the famous captain being selected and trained to fight in specialized mech suits against this giant bug like aliens.

The story is good and the ideas behind the anime are sound, its just really getting into it can be hard because it does progress rathter slowly, but it is short only 6 spisodes so its worth taking a good look at (show less)

One of the most obvious determining factors in whether you should watch the show is whether you like old animation or not. I decided to watch this show because of the clips of Diebuster from Nostromo AMVs and this series is only 6 episodes, so I thought hey, it is as short as FLCL. There aren't crazy mech fights like in Gundam, some of the character interactions are kind of corny and for some reason there is a modest amount of partial nudity. If you are a fan of old-school anime or this show has nostalgic value than it might be worth the watch, otherwise there are more modern shows with better animation, more action and a more detailed story.
