At the start it would appear that this story will only be about fun and good moments for the "club" members, but after a brief fun during the first ova, the story turns out to be more deep and tense. Rika now feels strange and distant. And even feels that the same tragedies of the "past times" will occur, feeling that destiny is something that can't be changed in the end. She thinks about getting involved and try to solve those mistakes or just giving up to that tragic destiny. |

This is as the title says "Gratitude" which means thanks to people who watched the 1st & 2nd season and to SUM up everything clearly and show you the results of previous seasons!
it also has a unique development in its plot so YOU MUST WATCH!!

This OVA of Higurashi is about the team members enjoying their days at leisure. Then something happens and Rika is found in an alternative Hinamizawa. After the events witch Fredirica Bernkastel makes her appearance and changes the tragic event which would have resulted the death of Miyo's parents. This way everyone's fate changes. Also last episode is about mostly Rena.
