Every one thousand years, one hundred mamodo(demon) descend to Earth to battle each other for the right to become king of the mamodo world. There's only one problem--the mamodo need human partners in order to use their powerful spell books. If a mamodo's spell book is destroyed, he or she loses the battle and returns to the mamodo world.Kiyo is a brilliant but aloof 14-year-old boy in junior high school. While exploring a rainforest in England, Kiyo's archaeologist father discovers an unconscious Mamodo child named Zatch. He sends the good-hearted Zatch, along with Zatch's mysterious red book, to help his son come out of his shell and make friends. But Zatch has amnesia--he has no idea that he's a powerful mamodo! It's up to Kiyo and Zatch to discover the truth together.The unsuspecting Zatch and Kiyo must defend themselves against the relentless ambushes of mamodo-king wanna-bes. But unbeknownst to the attackers, Zatch and Kiyo have formed a special bond that enables them to unleash Zatch's incredible powers.

Zatch Bell is one of the few anime that has excellent filler. Heck, I'd say the filler are better than the main storyline, which isn't bad at all.
Excellent Dub (Only the first 104 episodes sadly) with little editing.
The animation is exceptionally good, especially coming from Toei Animation, A.K.A mainstream shounen studio that usually works on low budget.
This anime aired on Cartoon Network / YTV (Canadian channel) back when anime was still available on T.V.

I have never seen an anime that made me cry like konjiki no gash bell. The storyline is basicaly about fighting but the way its made is so complicated and amazing. Every single characters in this anime is a highlight. The humor is so WTF lol that i watched the whole show twice. BUT LISTEN GOOD!!! Ig you want to watch this anime, you should lnow that its uncomplete. So read the manga after you finished with the anime. I must admit that i am a complete bleach addict, but i love this anime even over my bleach. Seriously if i say so, this has a meaning. (read more)

Damn this anime made me cry sometimes because its so sad but at the same time its so inspirational and amazing...fuck this is a must watch for shonen anime fans

The anime Zatch Bell is a decent entertaining anime. This coming from the guy that has read the whole manga. If you have not read the manga and already far on this anime, i suggest you READ the manga. The anime leaves off SO much important events that the manga only covers. The anime is a good show, wood be excellent if it followed through with the manga.
I like this anime
and the story is Very Good its rare and funny and sad
I watched all the episodes in very short time^^
So what are you waiting for if you didn"t watch it yet
