This anime can get a bit confusing sometimes, but the basic story and characters are very interesting and very well developed right to the end. There's some humour that's also very dark and twisted- it fits in with the dialogue well. It has a very mysterious vibe to it, but overall it's really good and worth the watch.
The plot is a bit fast-paced for a few episodes but when it reached near end, I could pretty much follow the flow of this series. Although it has its own original story rather than following the manga, the original characters in the anime are also interesting which makes me really enjoy this series. The ending was touching for me although slightly predictable. Overall, Kuroshitsuji is an entertaining show to watch. :3
I saw a gorgeous figurine of Ciel Phantomhive one time at my favorite store which sells cool anime and comic book merchandise, and I instantly fell in love with the odd little fellow. I immediately started watching the anime. It turned out to be oddly satisfying. The characters are nicely designed, both visually and psychologically. Though I must admit, the idea that Ciel is only 12 still frightens me 5 episodes into the anime. But of course, the little girl inside me is totally in love with Sebastian. Dammit, I wish I had a butler like that! He is probably one of the coolest anime characters I've seen. He can do virtually anything. Of course, the fact that he is a demon probably helps. There are many ways in which it could have been better, but it is definitely entertaining, so check it out! (show less)
