Should I say 'as expected of Japanese?' It looks like the technological based culture couldn't even leave the hallowed halls of magic alone, and I like every moment of it!

The world surrounding it is fun to explore, and I could tell that there was a lot of story behind the anime, which is why I went to read the entire first volume of the light novel, because I couldn't wait for the new episodes, and suspected there was more to the show than they could hope to animate. Watched 4 episodes so far, and I'm looking forward to the rest. The selling points are the setting, the character and action. Definitely worth a watch. This anime also hits the ground running, so it's safe to say that if you're not interested by the first episode it may not be for you.
I'm giving it a 7.5 - 8/10. My thoughts may change depending on what I see, but i'm sure they'll be around that level. (show less)
