| Summary: |
Middle school 2nd year, Amano Yukiteru, is a boy who has problem making friends. He thinks of himself as a bystander and will always write down everything he sees in a cell phone diary. Tormented by solitude, Yukiteru began to imagine things like a friend called Deus Ex Machina who is apparently the Lord of Time & Space. Seeing Yukiteru's miserable state, Deus gives him a new ability. His diary will now record events that will happen in the near future. Yukiteru is then forced to participate in a game which the winner will become Deus's successor. |

This anime is fine, nothing special. Comparing it to DeathNote (as many reviews have) - is insulting. The story is fine. It's not bad, it's just isn't all that amazing that makes it so madly followed. That is my opinion, anyway.
My main complaint is the main two characters. They are both EXTREMELY unlikable. I literally HATE watching them.. I cannot stand the spinelessness of the male lead, and the overwhelming obsession the female lead has over him. It becomes too much. a lot of the time.

I watch this anime for about 5 episode before i set it aside cuz i juz can't bear to watch the wimpyness of the male lead.. I juz felt like wanna punch the male lead everytime i watch this anime..
but anyway this is still a great anime to watch but i think it will be much better if the male lead not as wimpy as he be..

I think the anime looks real good............horror and drama and the storyline is quite different i want to watch it .. i guess i will but hope it doesnt lose its touch

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
