Summary:

Madhouse/CAPCOM really did a good job on this OVA. They managed to cram in a good amount content giving great depth to the state of the world, the characters, their agendas and motivations etc, and surprisingly for an anime over 13 years old its pretty good looking and thats Madhouse for you with their awesome character design/animation and dark environments. Cinematic moments sounded great while on the otherhand there are a few areas where that great 80-90s cartoon-pop comes through, but you know what, I would have still though it cool if I was watching this 97.
This was a great watch, much enjoyed and I recommend, especially to fans of CAPCOMS Darkstalkers. (show less)
