This is just as great as the first season!
More drama and more brilliance. If you've watched the first season this one won't be a let down!!!
Seriously enjoyed this season too. :D
I love this anime, it's one of my top 10 favorites. It changed my whole idea about classical music and now whenever I sit behind my piano, I feel I understand it better. I have read the manga but a story like this that involves music really requires an anime series to be made. The anime is faithful to the manga which I believe it's a good thing, you get what you expect. The characters are dynamic and interesting, I love how they evolve during the series, the dialogues are good, very funny at times that made me laugh out loud, the art is good I like (read more)

Nodame: Paris is the 2nd season of Nodame Cantabile... although shorter than the 1st season it provides a great 'bridge' to the 3rd and final season.
This season focuses more on the relationship between Nodame and Chiaki and Chiaka's dream of becoming a world-class conductor. The humour, as always, is sensational and the music is amazing...
The artwork is somewhat better than the first season however I wasn't as impressed with the OP and ED pieces. The introduction of several new characters brings new life to the series as they move into (read more)

This season felt a little more 'mature' in that the characters had grown up and were faced with more serious issues. Nodame is always Nodame but you can see her progress as you move through the series - if only Chiaki would quit stalling and make up his mind! Gyabon!! (show less)
