...is as good as season one! :)
I really enjoy watching this anime...it's funny and the animation is Excellent. I still LOVE Mihashi!! He is as cute as ever...
But the other characters are amazing, too. Tajima is a GENIUS, Abe is as strict as ever and Hanai...well Hanai is Hanai! :D
I can only recommend this Anime!! I could watch it over and over!! ;)
@purple_iris: Try watching Major! It's not as funny as Ookiku Furikabutte, but the entertainment is the same! :)

finally, a sports anime that rivals Slam Dunk...

I'm not so into watching sports type anime but I went crazy with Slam Dunk before (Slam Dunk was the only of its kind that I have watched before this was aired)... In terms of story line, animation, even OSTs, this anime (in my opinion) is actually way better than Slam Dunk... Slam Dunk days (in terms of sports type anime) is finally over!
