When I first started watching this series, I knew nothing about the show itself other than it had a strange title to say the least but as the series progressed it all came together. It was completely hilarious! The crude and rude humor of the two angels and the character development in this series begs you to ask for more and more but this show is definitely not a kids show. Its consists of Adult related humor so if your willing to give a perverted hilarious show a try, I recommend this.
I love this anime. The american TV/Movie references and parodies are hilarious. If you're wanting to watch something deep and serious navigate up the search box and keep looking. If you're wanting something funny with a lot of engrish cussing download now! First half of ep 8 is the funniest in the whole series... IMO...
A 5 star rating to restore some of the wreck rate damage caused by the last UNRELATED useless reviews in this series page (which were of One Piece ironically)...

This anime is probably one of the funniest and most awesome I've seen. I'll admit, it's a HUGE step down from Gurren Lagann (I hate Evangelion; end of story) but don't base it on that. Base it on it's ACTUAL content. The content of this show is absolutely amazing: childish design, but normal anime when it comes to them getting their weapons. Plus, all of the adult language and stuff.... This anime is great. There's just no question about it.
Ok so Panty and Stocking, probably the most entertainment I have seen in an Anime. Done by the same people who brought you Gurran Lagann and Evangelion, this is as awesome as it is a mind trip. Take Powerpuff Girls, minus one PP girl add adult humor and language with funny moments and you have this anime. The soundtrack to this anime is phenomenal. I like it and it fits my tastes. I suggest it if you like comedy and adult humor.

This is a great series. It's funny but the humor is quite adult. Some may find it offensive.
The animation is a nudge to American cartoons like PowerPuff girls, Dexter's laboratory, and the like. After reading the Wikipedia entry on how the group got the idea to make this series I had to watch it.
It's simply silly but it's the way it is for a reason. Every now and then it actually goes into 'normal' anime mode usually to add more emphasis on the sexy attributes of the girls, mainly Panty and it adds to the humour. The angel transformation (read more)

The music is great. You'll like it if you like club/techno music.
The Storyline is simple and there is really no character progression but it's set up like an american cartoon off of Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network (cartoon cartoons!). Each episode is 2 10 minute segments. Most unrelated to each other.
I've been trying to upload this series actually. Every time I did it never took. It's good to finally see this up though. (show less)
